Competition, Recognition

Spatial concept

The spatial concept is divided into three areas: Low Care, High Care, and a connecting element with the entrance and access points. These cell-like structures are clearly linked, enabling efficient organization and flexibility for future expansion.

Vertical high points

At the interfaces of the functional areas, vertical high points emerge, creating striking urban accents while simultaneously offering views across the Boberg lowlands. The distinctive silhouette with its two towers enhances the building’s recognizability and integrates the helicopter landing pad into the overall ensemble.

The design thus creates a functionally precise, clearly structured, and sustainably expandable building structure that architecturally defines the site.

“The design is like a human being: functional and highly efficient, yet it possesses a friendly soul and its form has a distinct character.”
